Plans & Area Snapshots

Uploading a Floor Plan

1. Go to the "Plans" tab in your project
2. Tap "Upload Plan" and select a PDF or image file (up to 50 MB)
3. The plan appears in the viewer where you can zoom and pan
4. PDF plans are automatically converted to high-resolution images for smooth viewing

Setting a Default Plan

Tap the star icon on a plan to set it as the default. The default plan opens automatically when you visit the Plans tab.

Capturing Area Snapshots

1. Open a plan in the viewer and zoom into the area you want to capture
2. Go to the Areas tab and find the area you want to attach a snapshot to
3. Tap the snapshot button and upload the screenshot you captured
4. The snapshot now appears alongside the area in reports and the area feed

Using Snapshots in Reports

Area snapshots appear automatically in the report builder and viewer when the setting is enabled. They help readers understand exactly where each area is located on the floor plan.
